For Every Goal You Want To Achieve, We Have Your Back
Our Coaching Approach
What is Personal Growth Coaching? – Personal growth is a form of coaching that focuses entirely on YOU. This style of coaching aims to evaluate and assess your current situation and build solutions for you to improve your life.
Just as an athlete has a coach to push and support them, a leadership life development coach is here to make you feel at ease and confident in life. You deserve to be happy and proud of where you are; we will help you achieve that happiness and achieve any goal you desire.
You will see that coaching is basically guided self improvement and goal achievement. In any coaching situation there will be times when you need additional goal achievement skills.
How do Personal Growth Sessions work?
Personal development is about increasing your self-awareness. Using our system you will learn to identify the potential that already exists within you. This is accomplished through a series of questions designed to help you recognize, accept and build upon your strengths and weaknesses.
In a sense, developing the self is like a spring clean. When cleaning your home, you will often go through each room, examining old items, deciding whether you need them or not. Similarly, personal development is your way of improving your life by evaluating aspects of yourself and putting them in order.
We will not offer direct advice or tell you exactly what to do. What we offer you is guidance and support using personal development plans and strategies This allows you to practice and complete successful action steps towards your goal.
These personalized plans will help you to begin the journey towards success and happiness.
Meet Your Coach
Jeffrey Yeomans – Over the last several years I have completed research around business coaching and life coaching for employees and supervisors. I have written 2 practical books on the topic of leadership and goal achievement. As a manager I have noticed a definite change in leadership styles and the development of coaching and training modeled built around the employee.
I have worked in various industrial plants for the last 30 years and have worked my way from a trainee to a manager. Along the way I have been a witness to a dramatic change in management styles and employee engagement. Like many people in a technical environment I advanced up the ladder mainly because of my technical skills and by willingness to take on more responsibility. It was only after I became a supervisor did I realize that I needed to improve my leadership and coaching skills.
