The Truth About Hypnosis

Bring to Light Your True Potential

There are many myths about Hypnosis. Hypnosis is simply a natural state of focused attention. We all experience this completely natural state of consciousness every day. For example, have you ever driven from work and arrived home without remembering the details of your drive? Or ever watched a movie so intently that you experienced physical manifestations, such as a rapid heartbeat or tears? This very same altered state enables you to access your own inner intelligence to get answers and resolve issues in your life. Through hypnosis you can bring lasting change to achieve the desired balance of your body, mind, and spirit. It targets the root cause of any behavior, habit, or pattern and eliminates the symptoms.

Many people have asked me how it feels to be hypnotized. You actually experience a very relaxing and peaceful “dreamy” sense of calm and yet you are aware. You use relaxation and your imagination to uncover negative scripts or programming that may be preventing you from reaching your full potential. You really enjoy an altered state where your critical mind (inner chatter) is silenced and you have access to your own inner intelligence to get answers and resolve issues in your life.

As a certified Hypnotherapist, I facilitate my client to affect a long-lasting and life-affirming change, therefore creating a happier and healthier way of living. You will have access to memories, feelings and intuition that you would not normally be aware of. It’s not necessary for me to even know the particulars to be effective. Your subconscious mind knows what needs to be addressed. You are always in control and decide whether or not to accept the hypnotic state. A hypnotist is not able to force their client to answer questions or offer information that they do not want. You will only accept those new suggestions that you choose. Also, everyone comes out of the hypnotic state when they are ready. The only person in control of your mind is YOU!

My goal is to self-empower you to realize and reach Your True Potential by eliminating unwanted and outdated obstacles!
